Meet the Team
Michael Michowski
As a co-founder of Trenton Partners, Michael’s focus is on contractual agreements, rigorous operational procedures and managerial oversight which enables the company to deliver high quality service to it’s client base. Michael has over 30 years’ experience in the facility management and construction industries, including landscape architecture, real estate development, home building, commercial remodeling and construction management. Prior to establishing Trenton Partners, Michael was the co-founder and COO of Emcon Associates, Inc., a Nationally recognized Facility Management Company that was #185 on the Inc 500 fastest growing company in America list. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from Rutgers University for Environmental Planning and Design.

As a co-founder of Trenton Partners, Michael’s focus is on creating exceptional value within the real estate market for all constituents. Prior to Trenton Partners, Michael was the founder and CEO of Emcon Associates, Inc., a third party logistics firm specializing in providing efficiently managed operational needs to Fortune 500 firms throughout the United States, Canada, Puerto Rico, Guam and the Virgin islands. His visionary management style led Emcon to positive growth every year since 1987, notably ranking as the 185th fastest growing privately held company as listed by Inc. Magazine. Michael has extensive facility management and logistical services experience. In addition, Michael has extensive experience in commercial and residential construction, real estate development and construction related business management.
